Mr. Figueroa received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Whittier Law School.
Mr. Campbell received a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO, and a J.D from Syracuse University College of Law, Syracuse, NY.

Mr. Minshall received a B.A. in Business Communications from DeVry University, Westminster, CO, and a J.D and L.L.M in International Business Transactions from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Denver, CO.
Mr. Ambrose is a native Nevadan. He has been practicing law for 13 years. Mr. Ambrose received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas.
Mrs. Moore has over 20 years of experience as a Director of Operations in both the public and private sector. Mrs. Moore’s extensive experience overseeing a broad spectrum of departments in various industries gives her a strong multi-disciplined vision of business practices.
Mr. Creta brings almost 20 years of creditors’ rights experience to The Moore Law Group.
Mr. Creta received his B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
Mr. Raba received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and German from Earlham College in 2008 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Chapman University School of Law in 2013. Since 2014, Mr. Raba has been a contributor of the National Association of Credit Managers’ annual Manual of Credit and Commercial Laws.
Mr. Raba is licensed to practice in California, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.
Mr. Mahdavi’s practice focuses on defense of actions brought against the firm’s clients for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Rosenthal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Breach of Contract and claims of emotional distress.
Before joining The Moore Law Group, Mr. Mahdavi worked in the legal compliance department of a major collection agency for approximately seven years. Mr. Mahdavi received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside.
